How Therapy Works

We offer a free 15 minutes telephone consultation to discuss the presenting issue and how we can support.

You are invited for an initial assessment which will explain your world from your perception.  Difficulties, past experiences and problems you are facing. 

We will help to identify targets or goals that you hope to achieve through therapy.

We will the agree together the best time frame and amount of sessions along with what therapeutic resolution would be best suited and start your therapeutic journey.

Supervision

All professionals should have adequate supervision to ensure they are receiving professional support for therapies as professionals and the clients/patients they support.  

It offers the professional opportunities to work thorough difficulties, offering support, guidance and opportunities to enhance their skills.
